On Sunday, 17th August 2008, Bishop Patrick celebrated the annual Mass for the Feast of Nuestra Senora del Cisne. This day is celebrated on the Feast of the Assumption by Ecuadorian people throughout the world. It commemorates the appearance of Our Lady in the town of Loja in southern Ecuador over three hundred years ago. Every August over five hundred Ecuadorian people gather for a procession, Mass and a celebration at our church.
